BSNL Loyalty Reward Point Scheme for BSNL LandLine(LL) & BroadBand(BB) Customers
Being Loyal will be rewarded; if not then, may be sometime later for sure.
How many among you were already aware of BSNl's loyalty reward plans for the LL & BB users?
Again if known, how many check their balance points? Well there may be someone who were so updated who do not need this reminder. There could be many a number of people who might not falling into the aforementioned category. Well this post is for those less privileged.
Effective from April 2013, BSNL had introduced a loyalty reward scheme for its very valuable clients who have not defaulted in their monthly payments.
For customers whose monthly bill comes to Rs.400 and above or bimonthly bill exceeds Rs.800,
there is an entitlement for reward points.
One Reward point equals to one Free Metered Call Units(MCU) for making free call on BSNL 'On Net' calls.
The redemption rule is :
For Every Rs. 50/- in the invoice paid within the due date, one reward point will be obtained.
1. Customer can redeem loyalty points after 180 days from the date of earning loyalty points for the first time.
2. Redemption can be made in terms of FREE MCUs (1 point = 1 free mcu) which will be adjusted along with the calls made in BSNL Network (On-net) cals.
Redemption Channels :
1. through the website http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in. Go to Service tab and Submit Loyalty redemption request. The request will be processed and redeemed with the next bill cycle.
OR
2. Submit via Customer Service Centre
OR
3. Dial 1500 and give redemption request.
